Allens Boots is a place I steer all of my Austin visitors to, direct from the airport, so they can stride confidently around town in some real boots. Then they can learn to walk with a swagger, just like a real Texan.
Since 1977, Allens has remained a true South Congress landmark, where musicians, celebrities, movie stars and just plain folks have “let their boots find them,” as the sales staff at Allens advises. I’ve actually let quite a few pairs of boots find me here. ♣
